I was struggling to get workers comp to pay for treating my two injuries. The legal team at KJT really went to bat for me. They were diligent yet timely, and helping get my case resolved. Within four months of working with I received my settlement check. I was hesitant on even getting a Worker’s Comp lawyer for my case to begin with because I was unsure if I had a leg to stand on in my case because I voluntarily quit due to my injuries. And they really fought for me and helped me come out on top. Out of other law firms that I called their rate was best and they didn’t require me to come out of pocket in order to help me with my case. I also want to mention that I moved to Missouri to be back at home with my family when I got injured and they were taking care of me all the way there in California even though I was being treated in Missouri. They were thorough in communication with me about the next steps every step of the way, and I couldn’t ask for a better legal team to really hear and understand my story. I highly suggest anyone that is dealing with a complicated workers comp case reach out to them and work with them. Out of all the places that I contacted this one just felt right in my heart. I really hope that others have the same wonderful experience that I had working with this law firm. With their help I’ve been able to financially recover, put myself ahead financially, and finally take a massive weight off my shoulders from the entire situation I was in. 10/5 stars to say the least!
